MyFrameLens – Online Optical shop has a limited returns and limited replacements on all purchases made at www.myframelens.com

All customers requesting for returns / replacements must bear the cost of sending goods back to our Lucknow warehouse

 

LIMITED RETURNS

Limited returns mean we do not accept all returns as free returns. Customers who wish to return the product, must arrange courier from their end and return goods at their cost to our Lucknow warehouse. Limited returns are allowed as below.

1. 100% Free Returns for FRAMES ONLY.

2. No returns for any Optical Lenses and contact lens.

3. Customer must bear cost of sending frames back to our Lucknow warehouse.

4. Frames which are damages / partially damaged by customer or during transit will not be accepted for returns.

5. No returns if customer changing their prescription / optical details of the lens after placing the order (after order has been processed means lenses are fitted to spectacles frames).

6. No returns if customer used the spectacle frame and lenses and requesting a return.

7. No returns if customer did not order correct lenses - used them and then requesting returns.

8. No returns if product broke during transit to customer / normal usage / even abnormally broken products are not accepted.

 

LIMITED REPLACEMENTS

Limited replacement means we do not accept all replacements as free replacements. Customers who wish to replace frames with another frame, must arrange the courier from their end and return goods at their cost to our Lucknow warehouse. Limited replacement is allowed as below.

1. 100% Free replacements for Frames only.

2. No replacements of any Optical Lens.

3. Customer must bear cost of sending frames back to our Lucknow warehouse.

4. As a gesture, we will bear the cost of sending frames back to customer location again with no charges.

5. Frames which are damaged / partially damaged by customer or during transit will not be accepted for replacements.

6. No replacements if customer used the spectacle frame and lenses and requesting a return.

7. No replacements if customer did not order correct lenses - used them and then requesting returns.

8. No replacements if product broke during transit to customer / normal usage / even abnormally broken products are not accepted.
